What Is Pledge 1%?

• Pledge 1% has seen over 12,000 companies from 100 countries commit to giving back which has resulted in millions of dollars and countless hours donated to various causes around the world.

Our Pledge

We're committed to donating 1% of profit, product, and revenue from housekeeping and parking to charitable causes. By joining the movement, we're taking a bold step to ensure that giving back is embedded in the DNA of our future business operations.

How We Help

Pledging 1% has empowered us to engage in a range of initiatives that have resonated deeply within our community and beyond:

• Providing Free Room Nights: Throughout the year, we have extended a helping hand by providing discounted or free room nights to individuals and families traveling for medical purposes.
• Planting Trees for Every Employee's Birthday: Embracing environmental sustainability, we have committed to planting a tree for every employee's birthday.
• Donating $100 to a Nonprofit for Each Employee's Work Anniversary: In celebration of our team members' dedication and hard work, we donate $100 to a nonprofit organization of their choice in their name on their anniversary. 
• Rewarding Employees: Recognizing the immense value of our dedicated team, we believe in rewarding employees for their exceptional contributions. 
  
• $10K Donated to Hospitality Homes: We donated $10K to be the Presenting Sponsor at Hospitality Homes’ annual Golf Tournament this past July which helped raise over $150K for patients and families traveling for medical purposes.
