Amber has been with Compass since 2010. Prior to working at Compass, she volunteered for a year in a rural village outside of Kingston Jamaica as a community advocate. Her time in Jamaica spurred an interest in health care, which later prompted her to pursue a second career as a Registered Nurse. As Director of Philanthropy for Compass, Amber prides herself on developing meaningful initiatives that promote COMPASSion within our company culture and her experience as a Registered Nurse has helped shape our Compass Cares Program into a sustainable and impactful initiative. Additionally, Amber’s knowledge of Salesforce has allowed her to be a key player in the development of technology within all aspects of the company. In her spare time, Amber enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and rescue pup.
