Eric Fleming along with his brother Chris founded Compass Furnished Apartments in 2006. Eric attended college in the Green Mountains of Vermont and during that time he became aware of environmental impacts and how to promote a cleaner, greener lifestyle. This philosophy holds true now in business practices of the company as well as at home with his wife, Kelly, and their 4 children. Eric believes in a company that pledges local neighborhood impact using the services it provides. The Compass Cares program was born to offer clients traveling for medical treatment extended discounts on their stays. Part of Eric’s promise to Compass Cares clients is to offer all patients with any financial situation access to comfortable and affordable lodging. In his spare time, you will find Eric spending time with his family, skiing the slopes, or sailing at the Cape.
