Within her role in Business Development, Joanna is involved with various aspects of the corporate housing business including building relationships with developers and property management companies to bring unique properties to the Compass portfolio. Joanna specifically enjoys working directly with companies and their human resources teams to solve their challenges that can put their hiring at risk and take the burden of finding accommodations off of their plate. Outside of the office, Joanna loves to explore her adventurous side with her family by traveling to new places, exploring CT’s hiking trails, local farmers markets and trying new restaurants.
